This five story office building houses the president of the corporation and his immediate staff, and incorporates paintings by the Japanese artist Imai into its design. The focal space of the building is a three story reception hall, one wall of which is dedicated to a large Imai painting. The office floors overlook the hall, and have outdoor terraces following the setback profile of the street elevation. A grand stairway, located over the service spaces of the building, unfolds between the floors.
