This project for 400 hotel and condominium units is located on the west side of the island of Guam, facing a beach and marina. The design takes advantage of the dramatic topography of the site to provide ocean views for each of the units. Three different housing typologies are combined to provide optimum choice of unit types, and to reflect the different character of different areas of the site. Community recreation facilities, as well as restaurants and retail spaces are provided, and the project includes parking for each of the units.
