该工作室是基于原有的一个窄长的混凝土仓库建筑改造而成，正面在里奇接上，背面在佐伊街。整体结构做了整体调整以适应现有的抗震规范，并在建筑中心新加入了一个花园，在建筑的两端都加入了一个起居层，建筑整体被分成五个户型，每个都能从前后接到直接进入，并且都有朝向内院的露台。

This live-work loft development began as a long, narrow concrete warehouse building , with frontage on both Ritch Street and Zoe Street. The building was upgraded to current seismic standards, and a courtyard was carved from the center. An additional double-high story with mezzanines was added to the top of each end of the building, creating five live-work units. Each unit has its own entrance from the street and a terrace facing the courtyard.
